My name is Sandy Burlison. After an accident whilst serving in the WRNS, I was left with a crippled left leg.  Unable to run, it steadily increased in pain and decreased in flexibility.  Finally in 1995 my left knee packed up completely, osteoarthritis set in, and I spent the next eleven and a half years completely housebound; getting out and about in a wheelchair.

In 2005 I set about finding a ‘cure.’  I devised an eating plan which has now enabled me to become a Personal Trainer and an exercise plan using Royal Marine, Navy SEAL and Tae-Bo workouts.

I focused on the goal ahead, adopted a ‘can do,’ ‘will do’ attitude and banned all negativity in my life.  I became a Life Coach and I believe anyone can reach their goals given the right tools.  I lost seven and a half stones without counting a calorie and so can you.
